Mr. Eustace Isidore is a licensed attorney in the State of Texas and a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Isidore has 25 years of experience, during which period he has been involved with writing and/or prosecuting over 1500 patent applications, securing issuances for over 1000 patents for his clients. Mr. Isidore has expertise in a wide range of technology areas, including: personal computer hardware, firmware, and software; data centers and servers; wireless networks, infrastructure, antenna systems, and protocols; mobile devices – hardware, software, and user interfaces, mobile Apps, mechanical and bio-medical devices; transformer power devices; consumer applications; et.al. Mr. Isidore understands the importance of obtaining the broadest possible protection for his client’s innovations and in drafting patent applications and claims that will successfully traverse both the US and international patent systems. In addition to patent application drafting, prosecution, and appeals work, Mr. Isidore also assists his clients with strategic IP portfolio development, invention disclosure mining projects, negotiating and drafting IP licensing agreements, trademark filings, and other IP and non-IP-related work. Mr. Isidore also provides pre-litigation support to protect and/or defend against infringement actions brought by or against his clients. Mr. Isidore obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston (UH) Law Center in 1998. Mr. Isidore also received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UH and completed 12 hours of advanced coursework towards a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering.
